Sadly this series is now out of print, but here is a list with the book details to get you started on your search for secondhand copies. Unfortunately the "Beacon Readers" are not now generally available -I used them for many years and found they were excellent for teaching phonics while the children were progressing with their reading.
At the end of each book was a check list of phonics to make sure they were all covered fairy stories were used during the reading and the children soon became good confident readers.I sent for some of the books 5/5(3).
